Human Basics

With much patience and practice, we can learn to stop day dreaming and being seduced by our many thoughts and images in our mind. We are either in our head, or not in our head. The desired result is to abide below our neck and be very conscious of our body and our love in our human hearts. It is important to talk to hear ourselves talking out loud…to make our thoughts more tangible. We need balance. Too much thinking without expressing can take us into more mental realms and intellectual spaces of higher frequencies. We need feelings to feel deeper than energy. Our thoughts move upon energy and energy is only 30% of a feeling.

Expressing verbally, feeling our feelings and sharing our feelings is a way to stay connected to our truth and our love. It helps that we know what we stand for and that we can give our word to ourselves that what we are choosing is exactly what we want to experience. We have to take action to create the desired outcomes that would bring us the most authentic pleasure. It is best to trust our heart and our feelings over our thoughts.

Our mind is a master and in charge of where our spirit moves, yet the main part of our spirit is our feelings; our true feelings. It is easy to be deceived by our mind and also our bodily sensations that discharge from our nervous system. Each moment is a moment for us to slow down and feel and receive our love in our hearts. It is vital to choose love first. Also whenever possible…consider inviting each other into our heart. Also be okay with not knowing what the future moment will bring. Look at your body. Let your mouth and jaw relax to allow for relaxed breathing….and talk about the reality of your moment….talk about how you feel, or what you desire…honestly. Then take action to share your truth and make your desires manifest for real…one day at a time, to the best of your abilities.

It might take you two years to save for a special vacation or purchase or to finish a big project. You can know what you want and make plans to create the things that you enjoy the most. Study and learn what works and continue to seek to find answers to any troubles you need help with. Pray to be guided correctly. Pray to the part of your self that is your true divinity even if you do not fully understand the reality of your own divinity…be okay just being a kind human being. Also recognize the human habit of being reactive, or being cruel or indifferent.

Be more human than spiritual and then do your best to choose more love and pleasure and sincerity in your life’s daily experiences. Slow down and take a moment to experience your many positive qualities despite knowing that your mind has a few reactive thoughts or cruel pleasures to show you. When you are in your heart, feeling and receiving your love, the negative thoughts do not have to be feared or believed….just accept the information without having to react to it or change it…or follow it.

Do your best to find balance, nurture yourself, and set the kind of boundaries you need to feel good about how much you have to give to the outer world. Take care to not be on a death march to accomplish things. Get massage, feel your feelings and have more fun.

These are the basics of being human. Our spirit is way more powerful than our physical body….yet we need to be grounded in love and connected to our human feelings to be more aware and truthful. Give your word to yourself that you know what has value to you in your life. Choose to share as best you can with others, yet keep time for yourself too.

Plan things….that will nourish and educate and guide you in a more positive direction.

These basics are the main things taught to me by my teacher.

He also teaches that we are very human and sometimes we have a difficult day and it is okay to accept that also. We want to be vital and we want to have peace, yet perfection is very rare. Plus life is impermanent. What are our priorities? What do we believe?

Born in 1956, managed to survive 18 years of using drugs and alcohol, joined recovery groups and began an interest in many forms of healing and health awareness. Was working in design and architecture, yet often worked in the performance arts as well. Began intensive studies in Iridology and Nutrition in 1990. Was involved with Sun Bear and The Bear Tribe Medicine Society intensively for 5 years. Studied Naturopathy and Iris Analysis along with Herbalogy and Detoxification methods for 8 years. Began studying Tantra in 94 and had a traumatic/healing near death experience in 95. Four years later I met my teacher Marcus Daniels and begin taking classes with him. My studies included body work that Marcus calls Touch of Structure. I went to two other massage therapy schools to study other style of massage and healing methods. I have an interest in teaching the truth about sexuality and spiritual healing based on what I have learned from my studies in wisdom classes with my teacher Marcus. By merging some basic Tantra practices with healing aspects of cellular memory healing practices I have created healthy ways to focus and have presence during intimacy and during alone times when some one is self pleasuring.
